What kind of anime art can it generate?

Original character designs and scenes in seven drawing registers: cel-shaded television anime, watercolour, retro 1990s OVA, modern digital, chibi, black-and-white manga with screentone, and soft pastel storybook. Eleven controls steer linework, shading, palette, finish, framing, composition, background, mood, lighting and era on top of that.

Can it draw a character from an existing anime?

No, and the app says so rather than pretending otherwise. Every brief opens with a clause asking for an invented character design rather than an existing copyrighted one, and that clause is prepended by the app rather than stored in an editable field. Naming a series in the subject line raises a warning for the same reason. Describe the design you want and the app will draw something new that fits it.

What will it refuse to draw?

Three things, all refused in your browser before any credit is reserved. Sexualised or suggestive pictures, at any apparent age and in any register — not implied ones and not tasteful ones. Anything suggestive, romantic or revealing involving a character who reads as a minor; anime styling makes characters read young by default, so that combination is refused outright. And the likeness of a real person, named or described. A refusal explains itself and quotes the words that caused it.

What does one picture cost?

The app quotes it before you press the button. A render on GPT Image 2 reserves about 27 cents per image and settled at about six cents on the render bundled with this app; the reserve is deliberately far above the real cost, and the settled figure varies with the picture. The figure shown is always the per-image reserve multiplied by the batch size, never a single-image number standing in for a batch.

Can I use it without signing in?

The whole vocabulary, the compiled brief, the brief lint, the content guard and both bundled examples are free and work signed out. Drawing is a metered run and guest sessions carry no balance, so the app says so at the run button and offers to sign you in rather than failing after you press it.

Where do the generated pictures go?

Into your own app storage on your account, displayed through short-lived signed URLs. Pieces reopen from history on any device you sign in on, and past pieces are searchable by meaning rather than by keyword. Deleting a picture deletes the stored file with it.
